* Travelers must be at Terminal's Pick-Up Location at the Scheduled Pick-Up Time.  
* Red Dot will Pick-Up between the Reservation Time and (on rare occasions) a Grace Period of 10 minutes (to accommodate excessive traffic & other travelers). 
* Rush Hour - Could Run Late, We don’t control airplanes, airports, weather and abnormal traffic. Rest assured we will do our best.
* Travel time from airports to Red Dot locations depend on distance and road conditions.
