Welcome to Red Dot Airport Shuttle. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time is No Charge.
Cancellations made between 2-24 hours are charged $50 for the first person, $25 for each additional person.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the pickup time.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must ensure they are at the designated pickup location on time.
Red Dot Airport Shuttle is not responsible for missed flights or delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
Red Dot Airport Shuttle is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law.
We cannot guarantee travel times or arrival times as unforeseen circumstances, out of our control, may occur.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
